The most reliable thing in the world

I think by this time all of you know that two things that cannot be separated in the world is myself and my PC. It would be too bad of me if I don't spend some time in writing and dealing with my PC after all the works it has done to me in these three years of time. My dream of having a personal PC started out as soon as I entered the college as my dad has given me assurance that I can have my own PC in hostel right from the start of the second year. I waited for that day right from the day I entered college. Most of my first semester went on in ragging and getting along with friends that the thought of computer was secondary for me when compared to the new surrounding in which I was.( I had never been in a hostel before that. But the fact is that I love hostel life the most now). It was during my second semester that I was desperate in need of a system as I was finding it difficult to kill time. First year of my college life came to an end and my dad bought me a computer as promised a year before. I was the most happiest guy on that day and I started spending time moderately on computer( believe me). It was a situation in the later half of second year which made me more dejected in life and my PC was my only consolation and it was during this time that I started to spend 20 hours of a day in computer( u need to believe this too :D). You may think by now that as I love my PC this much I would have spent money on it too. Yes you are correct. I spent more than the cost of the PC to upgrade it and I do it constantly and it has become more frequent after I started earning out on my own. Thanks once again to my PC for showing me a means to earn out my living. All the cost I have spent has been only on upgrades and nothing has been spent out for the repair of the parts inside it. I keep wondering some times about the lifetime of a PC. Some of my friends say it is hardly three- four years and so it is as I read in a lot of forums over the internet. But that time period is for normal usage, say 10 hours per day at the maximum. But I use my PC 24*7 round the clock and give it some rest only when I visit my native( U must not forget that I go for my native only once in six months or atleast four months). I have persuaded my mind that the lifetime of my PC is about to end and I can see it from the execution of it in the recent days. It gets irritated in a months period and sometimes it gets switched off and will not boot on for a day(It thinks that it is the only way in which I will give rest to it). I haven't felt happy for the malfunctioning of my PC and it happened the first time in the last weekend when it didn't boot up for two days. The reason for that is that I am in plan of buying a brand new laptop after the end of my college. It would have been in this week had my motherboard failed me. So now I have to wait a couple of more months to lay my hands on my laptop. So you people can see my with my laptop in some quick time.

Laptops have lots of advantage compared to PC's except it's very short life span. Enjoy laptop :)
