Welcome 2009

With the dawn of the new year I welcome the new year and wish all the readers a very happy new year. To have a glimpse of the year 2008 it has been filled with both sorrow and joy for me and many things happened first time in my life. The most important and the significant one being the fact that I got placed in the campus interview that took place in the mid of this year. This year started bad for me and has also ended in the same note. Hope this does not continue in the upcoming year. It was in the year 2008 that I happened to have arrear for the first time in the history of my life. Being a topper in school and having to face the arrear for the first time it was some hard time for me. Then it was in this year that I came in good contact with a couple of my old school friends and I am happy to have them back and not to forget the new online friends too. Then again of the many firsts in my life time it was during this year that I hanged out wid friends a lot and not to mention the lots of treats I attended. Some of the firsts cannot be declared publicly( :) ). This was the first new year that I spent with my friends and we had some nice celebration in the hostel. As I told already the year had ended on a sad note for me as my department cancelled our north india tour which was scheduled to take place in the later half of december. I have been dreaming a lot about this tour and would have been more happier had everything gone by the plan. Some of the other unforgettable moments include watching my favorite team Manchester United win the treble title this year( obviously only in TV). I will be updating this post if anything else important comes into my mind about the year 2008.
